No. Branding and logo design is an entire process in itself (unless, it's a '...just need something there for now..., kind of thing) and isn't included. It can, however, be added at an additional cost. This will increase the project timeline. For rapid property development, having an existing brand/logo/color scheme is ideal.
Naturally, timeframes are dependent on the amount of effort required to meet our goals, landing page design, copy, and development usually takes around 7-14 days to complete. DDRC project timeline quotes are accurate and deadlines are always hit.
Short answer... no. Wordpress has never been a recommendation from this side for a myriad of reasons (#1 reason being unvetted plugin developers with overall incorrect use of plugins in general by users coming in at a very close #2). There are much better alternatives to Wordpress for most any use-case.
